Our Approach

A positive, structured approach provides the foundation for our Early Work Experience, Employment Services, Community Integration and Social Enrichment Programs. Participants include individuals with autism spectrum disorders, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, and other developmental and intellectual disabilities.

Our Programs

Our programs are community-based with some activities occurring within the context of our social enterprises which include retail markets, catering services, gardens, and an art studio. Each social enterprise provides hands-on, authentic vocational experiences for our participants and outstanding encounters for our customers.
