Amy was named our organization’s first official Executive Director in November 2021. She possesses vast organizational leadership experience, a deep understanding of the populations we serve and a tremendous heart for our mission.
Graduating from Brigham Young University with dual bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Sociology, Allison began working in the field of developmental disabilities in 1995. Early in her career, she served in various roles including Medicaid case manager, group home supervisor, service coordination supervisor, and direct care provider. Working with individuals with disabilities for the last 26 years from infants to senior citizens has given her a great insight into challenges and issues faced across the lifespan.
